i have lost the drop down menu on my toolbox ...
the toolbox is showing but the tools are not ... this is wot it looks like coz its difficult to explain ...
below 'file' and 'edit' on the working surface you can see the top of the tool box but there's no tools showing underneath..
this has happened before and i closed photoshop and re-opened and it fixed the problem ... this time it didnt work .. i did a restart and that didnt work ... & it wont drag out ....
'help' in photoshop doesnt help .. i've done the drop menu in 'window' and ticked tools but it just removes it entirely and when i tick it again it comes back without the tools showing again ... i looked in dropdown menu in 'view' but no help there ...
HELP !!!... i couldnt even crop to make it more obvious wot i'm talking about ...
THIS IS BAD!!!!!!!!!! .. |

Try reseting your workspace... through the Window menu, then workspace... try reset or default or anything along those lines... |

Double click the blue bar at the top of the palette. |

This fix wasn't followed is all. Clicking the feather takes you to Adobe. Clicking the blue bar minimizes or maximizes the palette. |
