I shoot in RAW and convert with Lightroom. When I convert my images, they are all about 3800 pixels on the longest side. Is there anyway to increase that without causing pixelation (Without using software in CS2 like Resize) so that I can crop pictures in lightroom, convert to tiff in a manner that I can still get 3800 or more pixels? Or a way to get higher pixels even without cropping?

When you export there's an option to set the size.

Yup and for Fuji Super CCD cameras it picks the native resolution and puts a little symbol next to the interpolated resolution.
