If you have a speedy broadband connection and a casual knowledge of Photoshop to start with you will learn more and faster from their "Daily Critique", "Photoshop Workbench" and "Video Tutorials" than from any other single resource on the Internet.
Their video tutorial, "A Photoshop Reference: Essential Adjustment Layers", is the best single resource to learn about color theory and image post processing technique that exists anywhere. Be advised it is almost 100 Megabytes.
