Sherpet, those shapes are absolutely stunning. And I love the frames you chose for them. They all look like they belong in a gallery.

And everyone, please give a huge round of applause for my Novice teammate Bob BMartuch for his spectacular, top 10 finish in vanishing point!!!

Can you guys tell me if this looks too dark? Seems that since I got this LCD monitor that I've gotten several comments saying my entries are too dark. On my monitor it doesn't seem to dark at all.

Hey, one 6+ score in a week is enough :) Although you never know, this one might magically go up as well.

I wonder if you can get any good religion shots at an anime convention? Do any of the dressed up people look like deities?

Dark is very subjective. On this monitor, I can still see tones and differences in even the darkest area, so I would not say that it is "too dark". However, I wouldn't say that the shot is light, either. ;)

Yes and no....if you're trying to convey anything other than waning day or at dawn, then yes, it's somewhat dark.

The tones and colors are good, albeit muted and the detail is nice. I would have assumed that the lighting was intentional as opposed to saying anything.

I really like the shot.

So....why does my entry at the end of the pics in the challenge say "You and your team's photographs"?

Is that just a generic label?

I'm guessing it's a generic "You can't vote on these" category. I see the same as you, and I'm not in DPL either.
