I'm trying to get through, but it's tough. The handful of quality images do stand out nicely though. There IS some good stuff in there.

man, I don't feel like voting on a free study sized challenge in the middle of the month....I know I should, who knows, maybe tomorrow I'll feel differently. But man, it's HUGE!

You should get used to it. There are 72 DPL teams of 7 members. If every DPL player submits then that is 504 entries. Not every DPL player will enter every member challenge but even if you assume 4/7 players on a team will that is 288 entries without the non-DPL entries.

I think the number of entries will drop soon enough. Everyone in the DPL will realize that there's no use trying to compete with team Trigger Happy, and they'll just give up. ;-)

Whew! That took a long time (3 sessions). Now I want to go back and add some more comments.

Stats: You have rated 549 of 555 images (99%) in this challenge.
You have commented on 10 images (2%) in this challenge.

Now that I have seen them all...there does not appear to be any reason the scores are lower than usual based upon the quality of the submissions. IMHO there is some competitive attitude getting in the way of the scores (judging from the comments and scores posted to date). What a shock. (just my opinion, of course.)

I see quite a few people are going back and adjusting their scores now, I ahve moved up a bit without anymore votes being cast....

Maybe to break 5.0 after all :)

Our Private Discussion Thread (PDT) has a free bar with a bartender named Candy, and she doesn't accept tips. :-P

I think people are voting good entries down and bad entries up.

Yeah, that's right, your high score means you suck.

Actually I think it takes more of an upward curve.

Still around 5.0, but with what's going on at that private bar, I don't care.

Well, since the trolls scurried off to the Open Bar, I was able to get some voting done this afternoon. Some terrific photos everyone...will finish throughout the week.

oh, I will compete, I'll just gripe about all the entries to vote on, but do it anyway :) Looks like I will have to get used to it.
