Ok. I have a question. How come when I want to order my own prints at the base price it doesn't automatically come up with the correct aspect ratio sizes? Not only that, but it doesn't even give the correct print size as an option. Is this a bug or am I just an idiot and doing something wrong? |

What print/print size are you trying to order?

Currently, the panoramic sizes are not available for self-order at the base price. I don't fully understand the problem but Drew tells me it has something to do with the way the information for the orders has to be fed to the back-end processor.
There is a work-around for this though. You can get a print at the base price by dropping your selling price for that print at 60x12 to the base price, placing the order as a regular customer, and then resetting your price back to normal.
To answer your other question, you are allowed to order your OWN prints at sizes other than the aspect ratio you are selling at. If the aspect ratio does not match that of your print file, you will be given the choise to crop the image (meaning part of the image gets cut off) or fit it to the page (any excess area is white space). This option is only available when ordering your own prints.
