I agree and I am right with you I think this show sucks now.... just watched this epsiode come on how many stories can they come up with...

Well i've just read that the Lost producers have signed up with ABC until 2010... that means 3 or 4 more seasons of questions and no answers.
As a sidenote, is anyone else getting pissed off with Juliet and that grin that's always on her face? I was thinking if she just came out and told everyone what she did and why she was there (apart from the whole defence analysis thing) then maybe ppl would stop treating her so badly.

| SOOO many questions what didn't Alpert age? Why didn't any of the Others not budge a muscle when Locke was beating Patch? Is Jacob being held prisoner by Ben...does that weird "sand" on the ground keep him from leaving or from something else passing it? Awesome episode the only bad thing you can take out of it is Locke got shot...but he will not die!! |

| Yeah the Alpert thing is crazy. I'm pretty sure he's one of the only people that was actually "born" on the island, so that might explain something. Remember what Ben said to Alpert about his birthday, "You do remember birthdays don't you Richard?". I thought that stuck out and was kind of funny. |

Hmmm..."help me"...only Ben visits....the ash/diatomacious (sp) earth...
Locke won't die - he has a special connection to the island. also, ben didn't finish him off, which I thought was a bit strange.
If richard is a native, or born on the island, how come now no babies are born on the island?
Where did the 'natives' come from orginially? DO they have a home/town/something on the island, or are they who built the stuff on the other island or what?
We now know what happened to Dharma's people, but Ben recruited at least Juliet from the outside world. Dharma is still dropping food. Dharma's sub is what brought ben as kid and what locke blew up - so this as not clarifed, to me, what's Dharma?

noone completely knows (search 'Dharma Initiative' on wikipedia for a overview of what has been revealed thus far), thats why this show is so cool lol, its all secretive and stuff. Back to the thread, this last episode was AWSOME, i loved every bit of it. I was bummed when Locke got shot, but no way will he die, hes one of the more interesting characters on the show, next to sawyer. I think maybe that locke couldn't see jacob because he didn't actually KILL his father himself. Maybe the killing of his father was supposed to be some kinda test/sacrifice, so he could see/talk to jacob. Thats my take on it anways. Man that Jacob bit was insane, i didn't see that coming AT ALL, i thought maybe Jacob was some hermit dude that lived on the island and stuff. Im looking forward to the next episode, i wanna find out more about him. This shows getting good again, i dont want it to end yet. You know the cliffhanger is going to drive us all crazy right? DPC should hold a 'LOST' Challenge lol :P
edit: also, whats up with that alpert dude? I was like... "wtf, why does he look the same" when young ben saw him for the first time, do the original people not age? Are they even human? So many twists, im loving this :D

well... he has cleaned up his clothes and cut his hair.
great episode. wish they were doing these 16 show seasons twice a year and not just during may sweeps, but oh well...

That's interesting considering Ben killed his dad...but not too sure about that. |

| another good episode! I was happy when Desmond was going to take Charlies place cuz i think Charlie is cooler lol :P I was bummed when he knocked him out and went anyways. But its cool that it WASN'T flooded so maybe he'll live ( i think he will, he's too interesting of a character to kill off now). Hope he can befriend those marine chicks. Oh and Hurley = cool too lol, i had to smile at that scene when Charlie hugged him and hurley said "ya whatever i love you too" lol, id say Hurley's my favorite character atm. But ya, good episode. Cant WAIT for the next one! What was the special time again? 9:00 was it? |

LOST question of the week...Jenn looks over at me during the climatic scene with Desmond and Charlie and asks, "Why don't they just cut the cable?"
Announcing the LOST drinking game:
Take a drink whenever:
* Desmond says "Aye" (that will be enough right there)
* Three names are said in a row:
Kate (questioningly): "Jack?"
Jack (angrily): "Kate!"
Kate (with furtive look): "Jack..."
* Jack's Party of Five tattoo makes an appearance.
* Sawyer uses a nickname.
* Juliette gives her patented "Puppy Dog" look.
* A reunion occurs on the beach with a musical overlay.
