I just shot my first nude collection today. We got about 150 frames in an hour (was that fast or slow) and currently 4 are posted in my nude collection. If you don't find nudes offensive (hopefully these are artistic in nature as that was my goal), then please drop by here and comment on them. Give me some ideas about composition, lighting, cropping, etc.
Due to my current budget (unlike anyone else on DPC I'm sure) I don't have all the lenses that I wish I did. I had to shoot the whole thing with a 35-80mm Canon lens. These pictures were shot on film and then scanned.

Very nice! I had to just "quick peek" them as I'm at work and you never know who might walk by.
The color is very good. Nice sharp shots all the way through. All the shots seem nicely artistic to me..Penhouse would be very disappointed! I like both your color views and the black and white shot. All nice, nice work! |

I like the last three.. but I don't like how the tree line seems to cut thru her head. I think perhaps a different angle, or shoot looking further down the field - if possible - may have helped with that. The ideas have alot of potential.

I think you are off to a good start, but I think the lighting on these photos is a bit harsh... especially the 'schoolgirl' photo. You will soon find that photographing people outside in full sun is a challenge... I like strong overcast conditions (unless it's critical that the 'sky' be part of the photo.
