I think one of the major reasons I've learned so much about photography is because of the no spot editing rule for challenges. However, I do have Photoshop, and I use it a lot for graphic design and web design stuff for some of my online classes, so I'd love some cool Photoshop links that give hints, tips, tutorials, etc. I love, for example, what Smellyfish1002 has done in another forum thread.
What are your favorites? A short description of the site would help, too.

It isn't special effects or digital art in photoshop, like smellyfish's zoom, just a solid workflow for correcting and finishing a photograph.
