Is it ok to use blur filters on the photo?
Just a little confused because of this line here in the advance editing rules :/

I think it's okay for some and not for others. From what I recall (and anyone please correct me if I'm wrong), it depends on the impact to the image. Radial blurs are frequently DQed, but soft blur tools (like NI and gaussian) are fine. |

I think gaussian is fine - radial is ok in SMALL doses also. |

Gaussian is fine, unless it is used to such an extreme degree that objects are completely obliterated. Radial or other directional blur is not OK if it was not there to begin with, but it is OK to enhance existing radial or motion blur. |
