If you open up PS or MSPaint, then minimize it along with the rest of all your programs or windows, and hit the print screen button, then pone up your image software and do CRTL+V is should paste it on there.
Print screen is a windows function but it's not something that you can't turn on or off.

Doesn't work :)

Are you running Linix or windows?

Windows. The Fkeys work, and alt toggles them, but neither print nor printscreen work with that particular key.

I suspect that I just have a screwed keyboard....

Sorry, I didn't mean to hijack the thread :)

{AHA! I've discovered that if I use the onscreen keyboard I can do it... but then I have a shot showing the "keyboard")

I like my 22" wide-screen because I can vote two challenges at once. Vote on a picture in one challenge, while loading vote on the picture in the other challenge.

I can't live without them. I have to have fast access to all my stuff. It's a pain the arce to travel down 9+ folders to get to yet another folder. So I just create a shortcut for it. Also as far as my programs go. I like to click on them fast instead of having to look for them from "start".

Maybe you should delete the screenshot if your bank account info. Also not a good idea for that to be sitting on your desktop.

Don't press Alt because Alt+PrintScreen only copies the active window. Try Shift instead.

And of course, one of my pics.

It was just a joke to see who would notice. That icon is really to some documentation my computer came with. I've never opened it. :P

I do appreciate you two pointing it out. I also got a nice PM from someone.

Ya know, I never use 'em. I suppose I should delete all of them.

I just never see the desktop except for when I first turn the computer on, so it doesn't bother me much either way.
