Well hot damn! I got me an eye on a shack up your way. You look all official and stuff on the card for someone so young. Good luck! Hope it works out for you!

secondary business opportunity until you are up and running: Most agents are bad photographers. Charge other agents $100 a pop to go take photos of their houses for the listing. Make a second card for that and hand it to every agent you meet. Being an agent you can get into their listings so it's easy for them.

Good Luck, it's a tough time to get started in the field in most places so be patient, work hard and stick with it and you'll do well.

Yes thats a great idea. I thought about doing it too but up here the MLS will take pictures for you which most agents seem to be happy with. BUT there still may be the opportunity for it because the majority of those pictures are NOT VERY GOOD. Atleast the pictures for my listings will look nicer for my clients then the snapshots others get :)

For the other post...yes I am young and that will be an obstacle but my goal is to impress those I work for and work very hard to be successful not only for myself but for those who I assist. PLUS I am new, you can guarantee I am gonna work my butt off to help you find or sell your house!

Edit to add: Even if you are not interested in moving up to AK, I would still love to help anyway I can. Coldwell Banker has a wonderful referal program for associates all of the US. If I can't help you I can find someone who will do a great job too! :)
