I've read (okay, heavily skimmed) the FAQ and the Challenge Rules, and done a couple of searches in the forums, and I can't find the answer to this: what is the difference between an Open Challenge and an Exclusive Open Challenge?
Apologies if I've overlooked the answer.

| The "exclusive" part of that description just means that you can only enter one of the two Open challenges posted each week. |

'Open' means the challenge is available for entry by all registered users and members. General E defined the exclusive part.
FAQ are on The Community Projects Page which is accessible in the drop down box under 'Community' in the menu line above.
