Okay, so I had to give this software a try...
Within minutes I went from this: 
To this: 
I don't care for what it did to the eyebrows, but it was amazing how quickly and easily I was able to sculpt her face. And except for a couple of "oopses" that it left behind (that I fixed using the cloning tool in Photoshop), the image is otherwise untouched by Photoshop.
