Hello there...
It̢۪s me... I made it through surgery!
I am feeling ok but I can̢۪t do much. It will take about 6 weeks for me to really start feeling better. I̢۪ve been home for about a week in bed and i̢۪m already going nuts.
I just want to go outside to the beach or even grocery shopping....lol
I have been online a few times voted some and then have to lie back down. Sitting is getting easier so I will be voting more this coming week.
I just wanted to thank everyone for the messages and emails before my surgery. It really did give me hope and courage. Bless you all.
A hospital story:
While coming out of the recovery room at the hospital my daughter is holding a photo in her hands. She says mom I can̢۪t wait to show you this... I looked at her and said what did I take it? I must have thought I was snapping pictures while in the operating room or something...lol everyone around me at that moment started laughing.. She said no the doctor took this... it was a photo of my insides... yuck!

Great to hear all is well :)
When my wife got out of surgery, her doctor came to meet me in the waiting room, handed me one of "those" pictures, and said "What do you think of that?"... It was a knee jerk reaction, but I couldn't resist... I said "Well, I like the composition, but you've overexposed a little on the upper right corner..." That doctor still just shakes her head and mutters when she sees me.
Hmm, you're home in "B"ed and the challenge is the letter "B"? Hmmmm

Happy to hear everything went well...take it easy even if you feel like doing more...follow your doctors advice...
they really know what they are talking about. That's and old granny's advice.

It is a picture and we have been know to critic every now and then.
Lets have it... Let us be the judge of that...
Glad to see you walking a little.
Don't over do it, but the best remedy for getting better is to get up and do stuff, just know your limit.
The body is a mender within it self.
