I don't know if this is the right forum, but I just noticed that aimeethetoo has a twin. LOL!! Is there a glitch in the site....and does this mean she can vote twice? Ghosting!

She should change her name to AimeetheTWO.
Ohhh...I really should finish my first cup of coffee before I try to make a joke. :)

It's not uncommon, and most often happens when a user is logged on from two different computers, or from two different browsers on the same computer.

Right now, I'm listed twice. One entry shows my home IP address, the other shows the T-Mobile proxy that my cell phone routes through.

no one is on under your name. per CJ's post, sometimes if you have two browser windows open, DPC will show you as having logged in twice (or more).

Holy Cow!! I do have a twin and she's an imposter and a thief!! I went to her profile and she has ripped off all my images!!!! ; )

Tim and I use separate browsers at home so we both stay logged on but sometimes I pop over to his and log on there also because I prefer voting on his browser. His allows me to vote with the keypad instead messing with the mouse!

why is it not good?

Two members (admittedly spouses) sharing memberships. Isn't this supposed to be individual memberships?

Easy explanation. You can open more than one browser window at a time, and log in with seperate accounts in each window. Amiee uses one window, Timfy uses the other. Why is that bad?

they aren't sharing memberships. aimeethetoo is a member as is her husband timfythetoo. separate accounts.

It's his browser she's voting on, not his account.

she said she logs in as HER using his browser (firefox) Tim uses firefox Aimee use IE (I asume from her post)they are not voting using each others accounts. hahn you seem to always be paranoid of vote tampering (which i admit form time to time has happened) but the tooles are cool:)

Two members voting in concert is team voting. Prove to me there is independence in the "thinking". I am not attacking these people! I just think this contest site is about individual voting. If not, I'll sign up my wife pretty soon!

where in her post did it say anything about team voting=?. sorry, richard, you pulled that one out of the air. she votes in his firefox (I assume) browser. she is logged in as her. she would not have access to his votes in any form or fashion, because she couldn't see his votes if she were logged in as her. it has nothing to do with his account.

If your wife pays her $25, she is welcome to give you a 10 on your shot if she thinks it's worth it. It's gonna take some deep pockets to change results.

It's quite likely Aimee and Tim just don't vote on each other's entries. We've certainly had other couples around before. Hey! Maybe that's how kiwiness won all those ribbons....
