After quickly flipping through 1-59 (and spending far less than 5 seconds per shot), I would venture to guess... none. Pretty much all of them show some emotion, thought, or effort beyond holding a camera in front of them and shooting. The effort you put into your shot was impressive, and the results were pretty good. Would I have rated you higher than 60th? Probably well above. But I don't look at more than just a few of those above you without seeing some something communicated about the person, and well communicated at that.
You pulled off a pretty cool technical trick. And did it pretty well at that. But if nobody "got it", then you have to go back to the drawing board and figure out why you didn't pull it off, not why noone else is as enlightened as you. Or, just live with your shot and be satisfied with what you created. |

hbunch7187, I loved your shot and gave it a 9... and I didn't give out any 10s this time.
If it was really so uninspiring this time, I can think of no better response dpchallenge could make than DOING IT AGAIN. Yeah. Doing it again, and better. It would be even more challenging than the usual challenge, because we'd have to think of fresh ideas. Anyone up for that? :)

Kollin: I think your submission was nice, but this one says alot more about you. I also think it is a much "cooler" shot :)

Any time - my Memory Stick is just gagging for action! It won't happen soon though, and I'm fairly certain that one look at my mug is enough for most people in a lifetime ;o]
