4.8. That is all I can do this week. Worst score I have ever had. I feel sad, because I really liked the image.

We're in last place? I'll have to take more time with my photos. Oh well I'm really having alot of fun and I have a trip to poughkeepsie tonight and tommorrow that should net me some good Street photos!

my music pic went up to 5.14 !!!! bad score yes, but i am still surprised, based on the fact that at 30 votes it was lying in the low 3's.

Yay! Congrats.. I need to work on next weeks edit too! For the portrait, I thought it looked good after working on it for a while, but now when I look at it, I realize I didn't get it quite right.

I still don't have anything for Love/Hate.... feeling so uncreative! The good news is that my fruit/veg score is at 6.2 :)

well let's say my street photography picture i put a lot of patience to get it. the result i would say this, i would be really really disapointed if it scores below 5.5. hopefully this shot will make up for all the bad submissions i had lately.

i am working on the trees one to, i am not sure about love and hate though.

Do the trees entry count? I don't think that challenge is part of WPL...? I got my Street entry in but who knows...?

School daze isn't going to beat it. It's sitting at 5.08. Sorry people....I've hope for my street entry but then again when I like it the voters don't.

i just looked at the vergetables and fruits results, i must say, scalvert shot was fantastic.
other wise, i liked kteach shot as well great job and congrats on your score :)

hanging on to the 6, i am fluctuating between a 5.95 and 6.

after i did more research on street photography , i think i should have kept this shot for free study, and used another one.nevertheless i thought it was really good and can still pull off a 6 no matter what, so far i 've been right.

in the end in this case WPL is more important than a high score in free study:)

both of my lenses have macro capabilities in them, i did not like the 28-90 mm lens macro capabilities, BUT i love the 70-300mm lens macro capabilities, as you can see from my butterfly shot(nature's color)
i was 3 or 4 feet away and i got a great close up, no aberration.

but then again if you are looking for a pure macro lens, i heard the 105 mm is a great one but i am not sure of what's your budget because these things are somewhere in the 300-400$

I just bought this lens and I absolutely love it. I managed to get a used one which made the price even better.

Nikon 60mm

It sells new for $429.00 at the local camera shop.

I use my p&s for macros currently, but it has it's own set of issues... so, I've had my eye on the Sigma 105mm f2.8 lens for a while, but it's pricy. I'm hoping for a nice tax refund or something :P

Ursula and

Dax both have the lens, and I love the work they've done with it.

B&H has it for $399 plus $10 s&h (link).

my music days is a 5.2999 , this is probably one of the best comebacks i had, slowly but steadily improving, that would be way better than the 4.7 i had in veggies
