Want more?

This is Winterfest in Otter Lake, MI. They have snowmobile races, quad races, food and other activities all on the frozen lake.

Wow - you guys really know how to show a lady around town!

I LOVE seeing these - it's just so far outside my world and that's COOL (pun!)

Thank you SO MUCH! I've tried to leave a comment on most.

You're in the Where You Live project, right? Plenty of snow pics over in that thread.

This is snow and ice in a salt marsh right next to the ocean:

Not the Ocean but rather Lake Michigan:

Yeah I am in that challenge - it's not the snow in it's own I want to see - I wanted to see BEACH in the SNOW - I was wondering how the moving water, sand and snow all worked together!

I 'get' that lakes freeze over etc, but have had difficulty imagining the ocean ebbing and flowing etc.

I'm REALLY glad I asked the question, because these shots have been FANTASTIC!

Thanks again.

Here are some more. If these don't satisfy your hunger for snowy pics, I don't know what will.

I hope you enjoy.
