I know it's be kicked around before...did we ever come up with
regulations/rules?
I have a camera(s) to sell.

If by selling you mean your own used equipment in the forum, then yes, that is permitted. If you were doing so as a business, it would probably not be allowable... but from your post it sounds like you just have some stuff you've replaced and want to get rid of. No problem there.
