I hope I can get some feedback on these pics. The lighting was really dim and I tried several different settings to get these to look right. Please feel free to make suggestions on what I could have done different considering the lighting.Which did I come the closest to getting it right? Please # 1-5 with 1 being the best.(If there are any!) Thank You !I really want to be able to take these find of shots.

Your images appear to have a yellow color caste in them. That is quite common with indoor lighting under lower light levels.
There are several possibilities to eliminate that...
1-If under tungsten lighting shoot with tungsten white balance selected.
2-If you can shoot in RAW then change the white balance (color temperature) downward when you open your image in a RAW processor like Photoshop's ACR (Adobe Camera Raw).
3-In PS create a Curves adjustment layer, scroll to select 'blue' then drag the middle upward toward the word 'blue' This works surprisingly well and is easy.

i'd say number 4 is the strongest, quick fix with paintshop pro 8.... color balanced toward blue (to eliminate some yellow).. +10 per cent brightnes and contrast.. slight sharpen.
