hi there --

i am compiling a list of books about photoshop and elements for my local book club and could use your help.

if you have a book that you just loved and was really helpful, could you please post the name of the book and perhaps a link to it on amazon in this thread?

if we keep this thread clean and we gather some useful information in one place, it's possible we could even make this an ongoing sticky thread.

thanks in advance!

I love anything by Katrin Eismann. I have these two and have read them thoroughly and refer to them still.

Photoshop Marking and Compositing

Photoshop Restoration & Retouching

I think this one by Ben Willmore is very comprehensive and easy to read. A really great reference.

How to do everything with Photoshop.

It comes in different versions, for whichever photoshop you are working with. This was the text book used by the graphic art students at my college.

Definitely, any of the How to WOW books related to PS and photographers.

I have the one for CS. With minor adjustments the instructions work for CS2 as well.
