No problems here.
Just checked and even the logo is ok.
My only issue with Vista so far is that internet explorer doesn't work well with it. Go figure
But PS is spot on

I had not had the chance to RC-2 or even Release Test it yet but in Beta 2 it had a mad black box around the logo. And in RC1 it had a minor gray one i think. But i think this was just Vista's handling of transparency methods at the time and was fixed. itunes 6 had issues in Beta 2 that were fixed in RC1 and in itunes 7. |

I haven't tried CS2 on Vista yet, but CS3 is working perfectly.
I just wish my favorite "high end" raw converter would install. DxO refuses to even install on Vista an the company says it could be months. I use RSP for all of my fast jobs, Adobe Lightroom is "moving up the ranks", but for anything serious (like a 16x20 or larger) I use DxO. It's slow (even on a Core 2 Duo 6600), but I love the output.
Also having Firefox issues... hoping to see a FF update for Vista sometime soon.

You did try running the installer under compatibility mode?
I couldn't get my compiler to install but I pre installed all the prerequisites, bypassed the Pre Req Installer and ran the rest of the install in compatibility mode. Its a 3 disk install and a fairly expensive and complicated piece of software and it now runs. theres ways around alot of things but not all! |
