I think it is funny that Simon was sitting on the right of the table after failing to show up, because New York sucked so bad. What a bunch of freaks. And that one girl that said she sometimes gets arrested while singing,OMG what was she all about! lol.

My vote is with the ex-pat Canadian now living in California. (Who auditioned in New York)

You mean Nicole? I agreed, she was far too affected and nasaly. But they're right, she has a lot of promise and she should spend a year studying under a vocal coach and try again next year. She just isn't ready yet.

Yeah, I didn't think it was "nasaly", I thought it was "sultry". She was amazing, and if they sold that song tomorrow I'd buy it.

Last week did you see AI?
Did you see Sara Burgess (her third try, finally made the cut to go to Hollywood, the one who said 'My dad doesn't know I'm here'?)
This would be one of her senior pics i took about 18 months ago.

Yeah, you bet I'm hoping she does well!

I assume your talking bout the 64 year old man-- good tear jerking tv. :)
Overall noone really impressed me from Hollyweird.
I still think so far, that "Sundance" has the best voice Ive heard in the audition shows..
I loved it when Simon said he justblew Taylor outta the Park..

I want the real Idol to start, Im getting tired of the shitty acts..

Well, I have inside information on her... and the news ain't good... :(

It would be cool if she had gone far so we could tell people we remember when she waited on us at Fire Mountain Grill!

Heartbreaking because he lost his wife, yes, most definitely. Touching because he sang for her, he did a very good job, and as he said "I won!" He most certainly did! He won more than any contestant on any idol. That is what made me cry.

He did a hell of a job, and he didn't do it to get on tv like most of the pretenders do. He showed up as himself and did it for his lady, and he did it well. I can just hear him singing some sweet folksy classic on "A Prairie Home Companion". He totally should be introduced by Garrison Keillor. Total class act. I think that if he wants it, there's a market for him, and I wouldn't be surprised if his phone is ringing tonight.
