as usual, a lot of comments, a favorite but score sux as usual, always, whateva ... i mean it's a great score but at the end it will end up in 30% of the challenge, i think i'll never win a ribbon :-) |

Better then I expected. I know the flaws and agree with some of the comments I received. You guys are really tough! Kind of sad that this is one of the best images I think I've taken and it's averaging below a 6.

I'm still at a 6.2ish...don't think it'll climb. but that's okey, the more I look at it, the more I dislike the flaws, so I don't even deserve a ribbon :-)

Pretty amazed at how many votes there are in this one. Especially considering the challenge its up against. Just a handful more good ones to get me to that 6. Didnt think it was gonna be possible earlier in the week.

Well, not much to report as far as my score...but I have to say this photo has generated more "in challenge" comments than any other photo I've ever submitted. I wish I had a higher score to match! ::sigh:: Well, maybe my panning/motion entry will fare better. :-) |

I have been out of the loop. Actually I'm out of most loops, but I don't worry about that anymore.

My first submission, after following challenges for more than a year (I participate in a number of challenges/contests/assignments elsewhere). My goal was a 5.5 average, so at least achieved that.
Disappointing though to see posts (in this thread and others) where voting others work is somehow influenced or measured by how good votes received are. *shrugs*
