If I follow the logic of the article would it be true that those that receive low scores and complain about it are unaware that they actually deserved the scores they received?

I am incompetent! I have no idea what I am doing. But, I am an expert in everything I do. Perhaps I should go for classes in self gratification...no, not quite right!
