Since it's also dark and wet here at the moment, here are a few I already have in my portfolio. Enjoy! I'll try to get some more for you tomorrow, too.

It's true actually, I AM a bit of a nutter. Or so I'm constantly told...
But it's boring to be "normal" isn't it? BUT, I am harmless!

OK so, a la AA meeting stylee:

"My name is Kavey and I'm a nutter"

That's what they always say, it's safe to pacify you. Harmless, right!!

If we didn't all have that little screw loose, we wouldn't be here or taking photos! We would be sitting watching grey TV and commuting to our Grey jobs!

I have a few pictures on my website of where I live plus some interesting places that I have travelled to such as Scotland and of course NYC (amongst places here in Canada). Citadel's Gallery
The pics aren't the best but they hopefully give you a pretty good sense of the places. (2004 is the New York trip btw, 2006 is the Scotland trip).

One other thing to share (that will hopefully make you happy).
My girlfriend was once told that butterflies are the souls of the people who we love who have left this world. When my girlfriend and I went to Ireland we visited the church where her grandmother went as a child and the school she attended. We also went to a church where her grandmother was married. Every where we went there was a butterfly. We're convinced that it was the same butterfly perhaps acting as a guardian or tour guide.

But but but... my job isn't grey. It's purple and yellow. With occasional streaks of red.

Just leaned out of the window (11 pm).
The snow's held off this unusually mild winter, but here's a thought of it that's doing its best to count in Oslo's residential streets.

Natalya - thanks for the comments! The metal orbs are a sculpture thing that sits near the entrance/exit to the parkplatz by the Rathaus. Next time I'm by there I'll look to see if there's more info on them. They do make for a nice foreground for a dull building shot, though! Wiesbaden is indeed a lovely city to visit.

here goes!

the neighbouring house - will eventually be torn down to make room for a cow field.

the cows that will go in that field

the barn for the cows that will go in that field

the lido in the village (yes, i live in a village...)

wharves at a fishing village up the road

the place where i spent my childhood summers

there, it's small selection, but i think i live in a pretty fab place, all told.

hope everything is slowly getting better!

We live just out at Little Mountain, not far from the city of Caloundra, a ten minute drive to the shopping centre, and also to one of the many beaches. Bullock beach is where I take most of my pelican shots from.

That was a pelican that you saw in my photo with the seagulls, and thats the beach, that is ten minutes drive from our home. We can also get to Aussie Zoo, in a twenty minute drive as well.

The whole area around us is sea, ocean, towns, cities, mountains, farmland, all within a 50 kilometre radius. We are just so lucky to have such a wonderful landscape that varies so much, all around us, and so close.
