At least those comments, even though they may be inaccurate, are telling you how the viewer or viewers are seeing your image.
In other words, using your examples, maybe the skin wasn't cloned and the wires weren't oversharpened, but to at least some of the people who looked at the photos they looked cloned and oversharpened.
Sometimes it's worth remembering that photos don't look to other people exactly like what I know about a photo, and comments like those you are getting can be helpful if you want people to see the same as what you see.
At the least, they're better than getting no comment.
