Size is good on the 2nd one but I like the color of the 1st one.

UMMM- I will be gone form Feb 10 to 17th - in Mexico. I am not sure if I will be able to get online or not. I don't have a laptop yet. I will enter all I can before I go and try to get something while I am there to put in as well. Hope it dosn't goof us up.

I've been in your shoes before (vacation). 1st thing to do is enjoy your vacation! Of course, if you can not miss a challenge that's cool too. :D

Looking at the calendar next to my PC and theoretically it's possible you could be gone and still not miss a weekly challenge.

On Feb 5th (monday), and 7th (wednesday) the new challenges will be posted. Now if you're all packed and ready to go in advance I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem to get something in before you leave (which is within the deadlines for both challenges).

The tricky part is while you're in Mexico (that should be fun). The next challenges would be posted on Feb 12th (monday) and 14th (wednesday). Now if you could get online to see what the challenges are you might be able to get some cool shots on location!!! :D Of course, you'd have to post them pretty soon after getting back. I'd steer you toward a library for internet access (to see the challenge topics), but I'm not sure what you'll have in that regard in Mexico.

Ok...guess I'm sounding like a DPC addict now aren't I? :P Have a good time on your trip, and don't worry about us. We'll carry the load in your abscence...wouldn't want to burden you with a guilt trip or anything. He-he...

It will be hard to enjoy my trip while going through DPC withdraw, maybe extra Tequila will sooth the pain.

Yes, we have a full roster now with 7. If you want to direct someone to a team, use this url: //www.knology.net/~scottwhid/

Then select the WPL4 Teams link on the left. You'll see there are a handful of openings. Just contact the team captain listed and see what's up.

Worms? Reminds me of a movie we recently watched "How to Eat Fried Worms". It's more of a kid movie, but it was pretty funny (and disgusting several times). :D

That is good! I just got a great telephoto lens and some filters for my camera so maybe mine will improve too :)

BTW, thank you for suggesting I contact Laurie! She was MUCHO help!! :D

She is the one who told me which lenses were compatible so I didn't have to spend a fortune! :D She also directed me to E-Bay and I got a GREAT deal on the equipment she suggested!

So, happy day!!
