Fireworks are not a big thing at New Year here in Japan (though there are a few commercial places that will have them over the next few days...). People would rather visit the shrines.
So, with me not being able to be in it (again), I'll give a 10 to any firework shot that uses the out-of-focus->into-focus technique. ;>þ |

This thread title reminds me of one of my fav videos where some guys were shooting bottle rockets out of their bum bums.
Can anyone name that movie?

| Well, I have just been playing with my telephoto, had a quick flash, but think I was over exposed. Fancied a little cracker, got a rocket from the wife and now sitting here playing with my Pod and wishing everyone a Happy New Year!! |
