Hi Everyone I think I am just about ready to get my
Camera out of its Bag and take my First Venture
Outdoors with it.
For those of you who are not familure with me, I had a Major operation on my Hip 4 weeks ago, and today I am Chucking away my crutches.
Today is also the presentation Evening of my Judo Player Of the Year
at Newburn, so I am really looking foreward to my Day.
Its Nice and Sunny on Tyneside and I am really looking to get back on Track.
Thanks to those who wished me well and a Speedy recovery !

Well Done! It will do you the world of good to get out and about again.
Getting over surgery takes time, so enjoy being out, but go gentle to start with.
