I am up for sending some out - the first ten who PM will get one from England. I'm not really in the same league as some of you, but I reckon it's fun getting postcards from around the world, even if they aren't all that professional... (Not doing a very good job of selling myself, am I?)

I've used them in the past (couple of years ago) and the print quality was good, on decent heavy card.

I want to do this but I don't think I've actually managed to understand how to get my dpi acceptable for making a decent print.

I just used my PrintShop program with Avery Postcard stock. Might not be the most glamourous postcards every one wil lhave ever received but they came out decent. And I think I even used the downsized version of my image. Alot cheaper than going through DPC prints to get them made. I didnt check out the websites listed earlier to ofar as they didnt seem to handle international mailing.

My own printer would die if I tried to print photos... I usually get stuff done at a drugstore's do-it-yourself digital printing station. Some stuff has come out fine there but some things are poorer quality than I'd like and I'm almost certain that comes from my files.

Anyway. *shrug*

6 cards to the US, 2 to Europe - ready for the post-office.
Anyone up for a card? Taken by an Icelander, living in Denmark. But the card is from neither of the two countries :)

I am using the Selphy I take with me when I travel, hope that is ok.

I'm playing catch-up here. Unless I find a place to print mine for me (hey... I saw a WalMart today!)... I'll be late, as I won't be seeing any of my posessions for at least two more weeks. I'll look into the WalMart angle. Great idea!
11/21/2006 02:04:00 PM · #49
I can still take 2 more. What fun! :D

11/21/2006 02:08:20 PM · #50
