		| It doesn't look like you'd be breaking any advanced rules, although I'm having a bit of a hard time following your steps.  It's Friday, so be patient :)  You're merging layers in your next to last step, why did you create layers if you're cropping and adjusting in its own layer?  It's probably a "duh!" answer, so don't laugh, OK? |

		| well merge and grayscale should be listed at one step cuse to gray scale PSE4.0 make you merge the file. |
