I agree Mike. I dont think I can vote on this challenge. hopefully not too many people feel that way though. for the sake of votes.
but i do have to stay up and see them. cant wait!

Some people will recognize me. Some won't. I think it was  heathen who remarked that I have the ability to look completely different in every self-portrait, so there you go.
I think that on the last SP challenge the voting was skewed a bit higher than usual because of the recognition factor and because we were judging not just each other's photos but also how we see ourselves and chose to present it. I don't think that Daisy would have scored a 6.3 in a normal challenge. The voting has changed a bit since then, I think it's much harsher than it used to be, so it will be interesting to see how the scoring goes this time.

I noted in another thread that since I can't give 10s to everybody (the system would cast them out at the end) I'll probably just vote on a moderated scale of 7-10.
Bear, you gonna cook Chinese for me next time? Not that I didn't love what you cooked while I was there, but Chinese... mmmmm!!!
Looking forward to seeing everybody again. Be kind to mine - it was an on-the-fly kinda thing but it's kinda fun. |

I plan to vote on the same scale I always use. I think I've seen enough portraits of most of you that I will not be impressed by "you did that?" instead will be able to rate each image for its own merit. I hope. Excited anyway, will be a fun bunch of images. Already more entries than I'd expected.

Title the image anyway you would like to title the image. Your name is not necessary.
