Have you ever found yourself at the beginning of a new challenge, the second after voting has begun, thrashing on the update button waiting for that first score to post? You may have UBOCD (Update Button Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Waiting for that one vote that will put you over the top to achieve your personal best and can't stop hitting the update button? You too could be afflicted with UBOCD.

The update button is crack.

that's weird.

I have ETTBRD (Edit Twenty Times Before Rollover Disorder) (or whatever)

I recognise some symptoms of UBOCD too.

rollover is 06:00 here. I go to bed earlier, so I can get up at 6 (usually at 7) to update update update...

I apologize, but I can not respond at the moment in greater depth....the update button is calling me.

I'm quite pleased to report that I do not suffer from UBOCD. In fact, I turn scores off after verifying the morning after a challenge opens that I will score in the fivepointthree range. If I were to leave scores on, I would become depressed when I discover my lovely fivepointthree (patent pending) image is only at a 5.2.

I can offer no other advice than to turn scores off. It works!

I'm not an update addict - I was just looking for the WUTLPMTS meeting - anyone know where that is?

Funny I know but I wish I could turn comments off.

I am gonna try it your way for the next challenge and turn off scores.

Thanks! I believe that meeting ends around 11:55pm, which is harsh irony for the Wait Until The Last Possible Minute To Submit group.

I have no entries at the moment and miss the update button.

There should be an update button present all the time.
