I just got an e-mail reply from MPIX from a question I asked about half an hour ago, so I'll assume they are still there. I have never visited there site before, but did now to price a Panorama print.

Try using this site. It allows you to surf anonymously.
If you are blocked for some reason this will let you get in for now.

Have you tried another browser? Sometimes switching to Firefox can help. Or IE if you in Fox already.

Good, now contact them about the problem. Often, when there is a problem with someone that ends up being banned -- and that person has a dynamic IP -- the company will ban the entire IP block. This kills access for everyone using that IP block, so is not a good way to do it. But since there is no good way to block just that one person companies must do what they can (witness a certain infrequent return of one of our own unwanted guests).

Contacting them will likely resolve the problem, particularly if you have done business with them in the past.

Also, check your browser security settings and see if that site has been added by mistake.

Thanks! Will try contacting them!

yeah agree your ip looks blocked, you may also want to contact your ISP and see if they can fix it. it could be a server problem on their end but wit it failing on the ping and tracert to the ip it is not a dns issue. good luck
