Why not run it with what you have and adjust the prizes accordingly? I think the $25 mark may have been a bit lofty, but I think a revision of the project description would probably be favorable to most who have already signed up... [/quote]

Hey all... it looks like we're up to 24 people so far... if we can get to at least 32 by this Sunday, I'll run the tournament, but may need to adjust the prizes. If I need to adjust the prizes, I'll offer a refund to anyone who wants to back out.
If we don't have 32 by Sunday, I'll need to cancel, so please spread the word and encourage your friends to sign up!
