This is a picture of a Young Professionals Network Group that I belong to. I was asked to take the picture for the brochure we are making. We wanted to have a fun inviting picture. I would like your thoughts on it.

I quite like it. color, light and sharpness are very good.
I think that the lady in white in the center is a bit too proeminent. You might have wanted to "hide" her partly behind someone or have her seated. unless obviously you precisely wanted to draw the attention to her.
