Tomorow I'm picking up the other pictures. Sorry still no pictures of de deel, I was verry bussy this weekend, but I'm going to make them soon!! And post them here.

Hmm update.... I sent back the prints of the 5 other pictures... they were printed way too dark... Grrrr.... so I have to wait. The wooden pannels are in tha house...

Yep I finaly got my print, and they are great!!!!
These I have choosen for my first expo:
 
 
 
It's an overview of my work and in the future I'll have a landscape expo, a peformance expo, floral expo, and a portrait expo.
When the pictures are on their frames in De Deel I'll make a picture and post it here.

Today is a big day! The first wooden panels are ready! For the first time I saw 2 of my pictures the way I planned it!
I sat down in the middle of De Deel and watched my "creation".I had to cry a bit.
I so happy, finaly it's getting close!
Next Friday my panels with the photographs will be exposed at an art fair in Baarn.
I wanted to share it with you guys.

This might be a silly question, but here it goes. You said the customers can order the prints in which ever form they like. If they order them on canvas are you going to sign the canvas? I know it sounds silly but was just wondering how one puts ones name on a fine art photograph... |

Hi Worked really hard and now they are all finished!
Time to tidy up and ad some more lights and I can open my doors!!!! YEAH!!!
Oddfrog, no it's not silly at all! i sign al my canvasses and photographs when I sell them, and there ony 25 copies of each, so they get a number to. (like 1st out of 25)
I'll keep you posted!

Great ideas and creativity...not only in your photos but in your gallery set up and presentation. You should do quite well and looks like they will have a great impact the way you have them set up.
No one else will have a gallery quite like yours, which is a big plus! Good luck with your showings. |

Sigh! Aside from congratulating Majanka on the studio/gallery it was such a treat to be reminded of one of the Munster GTG catch phrases. I just hope Steve remembered how we all agreed it should sound...

As you were not there during the pronounciation debate you probably know how it ought to sound to a Dutch or German speaker but... users of the English language are so good at making words sound so different! :-P
It was agreed it would sound like this:
Echt (pause two three four) is (pause two three) Echt! (nod head slowly and wisely)
So there you have it :-) |
