Certainly some fun images in the Magic & Mystery challenge - hats off to the ribbon winners!
Just a few minor surprises in the results for me this time around. I had these three picked to make top 10 and they came up a little short.
 - 39th
 - 42nd
 - 18th
Anyone else have a surprise or two in the Magic & Mystery challenge (not including your own)? |

Mostly the Magic & Mystery challenge has been the one where the votes overall have, at least to the most part, been in line with mine.
I think was the lowest out of the ones that I had picked for higher things. |

I don't usually watch the threads but my husband (Timfythetoo) said I should check this one out. COOL! Thanks guys! I wasn't sure how the voters might accept my pic - wasn't "in your face" magic & mystery as defined by the majority maybe. Overall I was happy with the result since I started out with a 5.4. It's wierd...I've learned that I have no clue how a pic is going to score. I almost didn't post my one blue ribbon shot because I thought it might not get a 5.5! I think I'm usually off because I tend to correlate how much emotion/time/etc I have invested in a pic with what I think it should score. Then I'm confused when something I just snap & post out-scores it.
Anyway...I guess I'm in a rambling mood! I just wanted you to know that I was so pleased to see that a couple of others expected it to do a bit better. |

| Im surprised that same got where they are but *Shrugs* What are you going to do? lol I thought mine was crap but they liked it! |

I figured this would have placed a bit higher. Still 14th isnt bad at all. |

It's a beautiful picture but doesn't seem mysterious to me.

| Aparition I thought was neat, I gave that 6. I don't really understand why there's an "average vote with no camera" seperated from the other average vote. The averafe with no camera being, strangely, exactly 6. |

I had this one pegged for a top ten easily. Maybe even a Ribbon. I only picked one of the top 3 to ribbon and that was Shannon's.

Lowest 7:  83rd
Lowest 8:  30th
Lowest 9:  70th
Lowest 10:  3rd ;) I knew Larus would blue, but I thought this was red and Shannon's was 3rd. Close...
