I moved into my new apartment a few days ago and within a few minutes of having my phone hooked up I found out I've won an award for a short play I wrote. $1500 from the Writer's Association of New Brunswick! I'm so pumped. My tuition's now paid off and I am going to get an SLR as soon as possible.
Just needed a place to exclaim my glee! |

Rae-Ann - The play was a modernized take on Romeo & Juliet, where a white Canadian girl and a rich Indian boy meet in the cafeteria but are imposed under cultural differences. Only it's more comedic than I just made it sound...
