Here are some shots of two steam engines I've shot:





This is a 8 image panorama shot I did freehand. I knew the image would be curved because of where I was standing, but I didn't know how much until I got it home and stitched it together:



Here is another panorama that I took to minimize the distortion. I think this was 3 images:

I've got two train-related pics in my portfolio...
I really like the first one, which was a totally fortuitous (and hand-held) shot - train happened to go by on a track I didn't even think was in use, but it's not really the DPC cup of tea and didn't score all that well :)
