I just want to say that I suggested this as a joke, but I love the fact that they selected it and feel very honored. I think I'll have to enter this one.
I also just noticed that they used part of my suggested wording fir FireII. Is this some kind of effort to get me to participate more?

MADRID (Reuters) - Spanish police have arrested four Frenchmen for jumping in front of cars on a busy road so that they could film them and post the footage on the Internet, the newspaper El Pais said Tuesday.
The four jokers took turns to leap in front of cars, forcing the drivers to swerve or brake sharply and putting themselves and other vehicles in danger, town hall officials in Alicante were quoted as saying on the El Pais Web site.
Their intention was to film the reaction of drivers, on the road between Benidorm to La Nucia, and post them on the Web, the officials said.
Relatively rare in Spain, a youth craze known as "happy slapping" took off in Britain last year, in which groups of teenagers slapped or mugged strangers while filming the victims' reaction on camera phones. The images were then sent to friends or posted on Web sites.
Spanish police and local government officials were unavailable for comment. |

| I think I should get a ribbon for this challenge becasue of the entry I submitted for Transportation ... man-alive that was a bad decision and stupid-stupid-stupid! I was trying to show a little more emotion and thought and it's not being seen by anyone else. Stupid is as stupid does ;) |

As long as they are from different original frames, you may submit as many "similar" images as you want, though I personally suspect that it may cause some discomfiture among the voters.

I'm so stupid I can't even produce a photo for this challenge. I had in mind a shot of me striking my forehead with the heel of my palm, like I just realised I have done something stupid, and calling it Dummkopf!
I repeat: I AM NOT SUBMITTING A PHOTO TO THIS CHALLENGE!

No one will DNMC me because they'll take one look at the pic and say "Stupid, Stupid, Stupid, When will she ever learn to not send in such crappy pics."
And I keep hearing in my head the Nirvana song's verse "I think I'm dumb".

i'm not in anything this week, but am looking forward greatly to seeing the stupid entries. i had lots of ideas, but self-preservation stopped me just in time...

| I had a great stupid idea! (oxymoron?) I needed my husband's help though. When I told him what I needed him to do, he said, and I quote "what are you freaking nuts?" LOL. No, he wouldn't do it. So I'm in camera self portrait... |
