Friday the fourth I was involved in an accident at work, a car I was driving flipped over and my left arm and right foot got crushed between the roof and the road. My elbow is dislocated, my bicep is torn and I have a couple of fractures. So I dont know if I can participate in any challenges for a while but I will try.

OUCH! Take care of yourself and I pray you get well soon. The WPL is here for you and you take what time you need for your injuries to heal. Sorry to hear about your accident.

Get well first and foremost and then worry about this crazy obsession we call photography when you feel up to it. |

I am currently being worked off of my feet - standing in for my practice head and also being asked to establish a new practice as well as doing client stuff - and I am finding it difficult to participate in the challenges. Noting my last set of scores this may be a relief to the team but I am not sure when I will be able to shoot these days, although anything to do with family and kids parties may be good"
Apologies, team.

Actually I went out and tried to shoot some landscapes yesterday, got my brother to carry my stuff, set up my tripod and change lenses for me, it worked quite well.

look after yourself!
i have some good new and some bad news for the team,
first the good news i think i might be in with a chance for a ribbon in stopped motion! :)
bad news is it is the brown ribbon :( my worst score ever
also i'm off to scotland at the end of the week, there is an internet connection, 20 miles away, so you might not here from me too much :)
but i do hope to be entering some challenges, i'm hoping for a moody landscape challenge :)

Umm... go a link to the stats page? I've been, umm, behind. I did have an entry this time though, and have one for free study - which brings up the question - how long does the season last?
EDIT: Found it - 10 weeks? Plenty of time to take the lead!

well guys, looks like pidge won't be able to participate due to workload... but I think we actually still have a chance to get in because of the wildcard standings... ? either way, any troops still left, feel free to enter.

Trying, mon capitan, trying! Entered Free Study and got above 5 for the Stupid challenge so I guess I am on form... Hope to do the pastel challenge too as all of my pictures look washed out under saturated :-) |
