You guys are to be commended for your outstanding dedication to this site, the principles behind it, and the people who populate it. People do thank you, but not nearly enough. Consider yourself thanked!

You obviously don't get paid enough, either. Let's double your salaries...

Add my thanks too. This is a pleasant forum, usually, and I enjoy both the learning and the comments. I imagine it can be wearing. Managing a large building in NYC with all its characters and potential for conflicting views is similar and that is what I do (unpaid). Possibly it is a similar situation.

Ha ha... double of nothing...... you guys really do deserve a salary that's for sure!

I'll join with the message of appreciation. I've posted it many times before but it's still worth repeating - I truly appreciate the time you all volunteer to this site and the sheer dedication and mental energy you contribute. I know from experience how difficult and draining it can be resolving conflict on top of all the standard administrative duties, especially when it's hard not to get dejected when adults behave in the ways that they do. Your work DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED!

I am a mod on another forum. The 2 main differences are:
1. There are only 136 members.
2. Members ages range from 18 down to 12 (excluding admins and mods) Try that!!
Running a forum/site this large can NOT be easy. Good job and keep it up.

I was a moderator on the pogo game site years ago... its not easy, and usually thankless....

Two things are for sure clear after today ...
1- What a surprising roll over ...
2- We are lucky to have such a wonderful team of SC and admin. They not only found out who the trouble maker was, and took a not an easy decision about it, but also they have been around trying to solve our questions and doubts left and right. My humble thank's goes to them ... I just hope we make your job easier in the future :-)

It's the outstanding quality of the members & users that make this site what it is. It's an honor to be associated with such a great group. We should be very proud of what we all have helped to build. So a *big* "thanks!" to the DPC community, for being, truly, a community in every positive sense of the word.

And, I throw in my thanks and appreciation too! The site council has always been very quick to respond to any time I've contacted them. They've been gracious and helpful. . . .and this situation. . .well, admiration is an understated word for the integrity it took to call out someone so well respected and "on the inside". My faith in "the system" is totally restored!
