I didn't make it home last night to submit, but sometimes a good day fishing is worth a challenge missed!!

Anyway, here is what I had to enter. If anyone would comment on what score they would have given it, I'd be appreciative. Felt I had a competitive entry for a change done early enough that I wouldn't submit the wrong one in haste, and look what happened!!

The planned title was, "OK kids, I give up!!"

Thanks

i really enjoyed this picture. not much glare for as shiny as the candy is and it is round, that must be hard to do. I think that would have been a very good submission. wish you had, i think you would have scored high.

thanks, it was shot in the shade on a sunny day to try to help eliminate a lot of glare, and also did some levels adjustments on it.

I like this better than most of the entries this week. It has good focus, although I would've tried to get rid of the reflection on the egg.

Is it me or are most of the candy entries out of focus? Maybe I need new glasses.

I don't think you need a sponsor, just a couple bucks a month for a year. There are lots of pluses to being a member. Thanks for the input on the photo.

Great fun shot. My only comments are that the DOF seems a shade too shallow - I'd like to have seen the candy in front in focus as well as the guy in the centre. Also your framing is very central. I wonder if it would have looked good shot at an angle.

From me that would have been a 7 or an 8.

I think it is a cute shot. I would have given it a 7. I like the setup.
