Hello,

Has anyone used the Draganizer action in Photoshop? I have it and can usually get very good results. However, I'm not sure I know exactly what it is adding to the photo "step by step".

I know there are certain things you can't do in advanced and would like to know if Draganizer contains anything illegal.

You can open up the action and see all the recorded steps. That way you can see what it does and try it yourself with your own adaptations and see where it gets you.

Just a question...

If you use the draganizer, only the beginning step, where you paint over the highlight area's.... and then quit the draganizer and carry on doing normal editing,

would it be accepted in a basic challenge?

I have read the rules over and over, and have looked at what the draganizer does in those first steps, and cant find anything illegal, but I might be wrong...

Can anybody help?

Painting over the highlights would be illegal as that would be spot editing. You can use shadows/highlights, and levels to make adjustments to them. But not something that isnt applied to all of the image. And only adjustment layers are allowed in basic.
