What are everyone's favorite plug-in filters for PS2? I have "nik Color Efex Pro! 1.0e" and it comes with about 40 or so filters. Are there more out there?

Alien Skins Exposure rocks for simulating many different types of film and more. VERY customizable look.

I agree! I've used one of the color film (no grain) effects along with the glamour filter on quite a few portraits. They turn out great.

Just downloaded that...it does kick ass, especially since it is free. :-)

Besides Virtual Photographer I use some freebies from Xero Graphics out of the UK, they have 4 sets that have some excellent filters in each set...

Lithograph, Clarity, Illustrator, Softmood, Supersmooth (when noiseninja can't find the noise), bad dream, Radiance, Simplicity, softmood and soft vignette (also does zoom-in/out) are the ones that I use quite a bit.

I quite enjoy Power Retouche. I use it all the time with CS2.

I really like Dave's etherial glow but it's almost always too much with the white of a bride's dress so I have to erase parts after the action.

I have the nik Color Efex Pro 2.0 filters. Although there are some fantastic effects there I find I still don't have the leverage I need. I prefer the Photoshop standard filters and avoid third party filters as much as possible.

These aren't filters, but there are all sorts of cool actions here:

Including Dave's Ethereal Glow. I particularly LOVE the sepia tone action found here. It's a duotone actions that uses multiple layers to increase overal contrast. Very natural looking.
