....on other sites?
I have a myspace account (yes, I'm a loser) and was wondering if I could give this site a plug somehow.
Anyone else mention dpc on their sites/blogs?

I've mentioned it in the Photography groups a few time there... but some dillweeds had issues with the TOS here and had a nice little rant about it.

i've been debating the idea of getting my dad to join...my former roommate registered but hasn't gotten to submit yet, and i also told my boss about it.
but generally, no, i don't advertise, unless you count wanting to have a few of my friends on here with me as advertising.

Ummm, if I remember it was more about the clause that allows DPC rights to use the photographs or something they misconstrued as giving all rights to the photo over to DPC.

I've mentioned dpc a couple of times at a forum I hang out in.

I almost always give DPC a plug when chatting to people & photography comes up.

| I plug DPC all the time. Every time I run into another photog, I ask if they've heard of the site and encourage them to take a look if they haven't. It's such a great place IMHO - I owe most of what I've learned to DPC & its members. |

You're using forum code. That's specific to DPC. Try You will die if you don't see this site

Every chance I get! Ive helped 4 people sign up (daughter,both sister-in-laws and childhood friend from back home) I have also gave the site addy to both my pain doctor and my phyiscal therapist who are both avidly into photography. I mention DPC in myspace and my yahoo 360 blog. If it wernt for DPC I would still be shooting snapshots!

in my last editorial in an Ukranian magazin I mentioned that I started my photography here :)

I certainly mention it to people I think might enjoy it...
I don't link to it - where there are opportunities to link to a site I link to my new photographic prints site (link in my sig, below) and/ or to //www.mamtaskitchen.com (Mamta is my mum).
