I want to publicly thank Sherpet for her great attitude and her ability to always find something nice to say about any entry. I always enjoy her comments, her attitude and of course her photography. She makes an important contribution to this community and I just wanted to let her know that she is very appreciated. Thank you, Sherryl.

Sherpet has commented a lot and they are great.
Also as mentioned above let's not forget Jutilda. For some reason when I upload a photo I can expect a comment from her anytime.
IMO you both rock!!!

my very first ever comment was from sherpet and there have been many more since. I try to leave her comments often too but most of the time feel unqualified. but i do it anyway lol. shes a great asset to DPC. i wouldnt have learned and grew as much as i have in the last month without her. and ive had great and/or helpfull comments as of late from jutilda as well. and Judi too. shes commented on my last four challenge pics i believe, during the challenge at that. Thanks guys. err.... Girls!!
edit ive been here 2 months not just 1. wow time flies!

I feel so blessed to have such wonderful friends like you all at DPC. You are my rock when I am down and unwell, and always spark back after receiving such wonderful comments like this thread. To jrjr, a personal thank-you for starting this thread..... You are to kind.
I don't think anyone really realizes just what DPC means to me, as it has given me my life back.....I love you all.....and Thank-you so much.....
ps; Yesterday the 14th. of June was my 56th. birthday. (My body is actually the age of a 65 to 70 year old medically)
This is ok, but we were out for the day celebrating, by going to a movie, and out for lunch. We got home just on rollover time, but was to late to enter my image into the framed challenge. I actually forgot to enter my framed image of my dear sister into this challenge.
I felt like such an "idiot", as I loved my entry, which has a very personal meaning for me, as it was a image of my sister. My family have always meant the world to me, so I was a little disappointed with myself. I will upload into my portfolio after the chllenge has finished.
You people have really made my past 6 monthe so very worthwhile, and I thank you all once again. I have a very special spot in my "heart" for all of you..... |

jrjr I couldn't agree more. There was one challenge I did a little while ago & it semed that I was actually going to get no comments at all. I was quietly praying that Sherpet was once again trying to do 100% comments on a challenge so that I would get at least one comment & yes it happened. The first of only two comments I got so thank you Sherpet, your efforts are truely appreciated.
And a belated happy birthday too. I hope you had a great day.
